Acupuncture essentially removes energetic blockages in the communication pathways between all parts of the body – the brain and
nervous system, organs, glands and tissues. Breakdown of this neural, circulatory, biochemical and electrical flow of information results in
subpar health: injuries that won’t heal, lack of energy or mental clarity, digestive issues, menstrual irregularities, poor sleep, depression, anxiety
or frequently getting ill, to name just a few. In today’s modern lifestyle, the root causes of a stuck pattern of disrupted energy flow are often
incompatible diet, stress and emotional imbalance, or physical trauma/injury. Philippa works together with her patients in identifying
and correcting these underlying causes, which is part of the treatment protocol and healing process.
